He previously served as Regal Beloit s President and Chief Operating Officer and as an Executive Vice President prior thereto. Mr. Knueppel also serves as a director of WEC Energy Group, Inc. He previously served as a director of Wisconsin Electric Power Company until 2015. Mr. Knueppel served as a director of Harsco Corporation, a global industrial services and engineering company, until 2016 and was its Non-Executive Chairman of the Board until 2014. Mr. Knueppel is being re-nominated as a director because, among his other qualifications, he possesses experience and/or expertise in the following areas: knowledge of Snap-on s industry/market, international business, manufacturing, marketing, product innovation/development, operations, accounting/finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategy development, executive compensation and leadership development. Mr. Knueppel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Ripon College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Henry W.
